• Unlimited prenatal support via text, phone, and email for length of contract

• Continual labor support at home, hospital, or birthing center

Pospartum Doula

Ask a birth and postpartum doula any questions you have about labor and birth. Offering includes:

• 60 minute Zoom meeting

• How to write a birth plan

• Steps you and your birth partner can take to prepare for labor

• Creating an environment for your birth

• Follow-up email with recording of meeting along with additional resources for pregnancy and postpartum
